Free Delivery UK

Orders within United Kingdom are free of charge and received in 3 days. We use Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class, with proof of delivery, including a singnature from the receiver.

Orders to Europe £10.25 : 

Orders within Europe are despatched using Royal Mail Airsure, can be up to one day faster than Airmail. Items benefit from an online tracking facility so you can check your mail's progress. Note that no signature is taken on delivery and normally arrive within 7 days. We cannot guarantee any delivery times within Europe.

Rest of the world £12.50: 

Orders to other destinations are despatched using Airmail, Airsure or International Signed For and normally arrive within 7 to 21 days. We cannot guarantee any delivery times.

Shipping and Packaging

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class it does required signature. In case required we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees, handling, packing are included in the price.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you experience any problem with our product,  where goods are received faulty or damaged or the incorrect item has been sent, please contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any returns must be discussed with Customer Support in advance and authorized, so they are sent with the correct paperwork. We will send a replacement item, with no additional postage charge.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Topshaper, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. Your items will be carefully packaged. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases.

Return any unwashed, unworn items in their original condition (with labels & packaging in-tact) within 7 days of receiving them and we will happily issue a full refund for the cost of the goods returned.

How to make a return

To return a product you need to contact us as soon as you know you want to return it. Remember, you've got 7 days from the day you received it. Please don't send any products until you have contacted us to make us aware of the return. We need to know what is arriving from where, so we'll give you a returns number to include with the items.

Returns Postage

You will need to pay for the postage to return the items. Be aware that until the items reach us you need to take reasonable and proper care of them, so send them tracked or obtain proof of postage.
